No sorry I can't record yet , but I did many reviews of it ; to sum them it sound probably like a Brobucker but more aggressive and faster , and modern not vintage .

JB/Custom split with A8 magnet and hex screws .... lol just a idea ;)

Re: Bridge pup for strat. to pair a jazz neck.

"better fluidy cleans, singing leads, crunchier midds and tighter bass" than a c5. Well this one is difficult.

Because generally if you were to go for a tighter bass then you'd have to comprimise them singing leads.

From what I read (couldn't try both of mine yet) the BroBucker is the one you could live with.

Actually there is a off the shelf duncan pickup, but I know you won't take this that easily: The PhatCat bridge. Does all that you are describing when you use your guitar's tone controls. But it is single coil.

I guess your next best bet would be a Jazz bridge. But then again singing leads might be somewhat lacking (of course provided that you do not touch your tone controls).

Good luck.

PS. You might wanna check Jim's Fillmores. I think you could like them. But they are somewhat pricey.

I was thinking the Brobucker too. Would the Fillmores be more expensive than a Brobucker ordered from the Custom Shop now?
