BRITS! help - (cheap guitar shops)

looking for websites for british stores that have good used deals on amps and guitars and cheap parts (specifically rio grande and seymour duncan pups and hardtail bridges)

so far i know :

I dunno if they stock used gear... but Soho Soundhouse, London, is a good shop so i hear.

Soho Soundhouse are the biggest load of w$nkers. They don't sell used stuff and its one of those pile them high get them out quick out of the door places. They have no knowledge or experience of what to sell and I would not recommend going there. Some places to try:

i agree about soho soundhouse. bunch of wankers.

i ordered a JB they sent a custom, and said theyd charge me postage and packaging again when i hadnt done anything wrong

Best prices if seen anywhere in europe is www.gak.co.uk Dunno if they stock used tho, I got my dsl50 for about €700 new off them mabye less i think

http://www.electromusic.co.uk/ They arent too bad, and have a 2nd hand section. Yes i agree about sohosoundhouse. I go there purely for the reason of trying out their stuff. Once or twice ive chatted with a salesperson who seemed to have a lue, but mostly they dont.

I meant to add about Soho Soundhouse - they are the only dealers in UK which actually has US Hamer guitars (I have already tried to get Hamer to open up other dealers in the UK but had no success). Some of you know that I love Hamer guitars, so go there and try them out and see what fantastic instruments they are but don't buy it from them. Instead buy them from the US via e-bay or from any one who is selling them on the Hamer Forum.
