I'm playing my SG now, and I really hope the Brobucker will be similar to these buckers exept a little hotter? Sweetness!!!
I'm very curious about the mids and harmonic contents... Should have plenty of high and low end.

Stock, modern SG pickups are probably 490's and would actually be quite a bit hotter than the Brobucker

What's a Custom 5 measure at & how does this differ?

well, without looking at the spec sheets on the main site, I thought all the Custom series HBs were wound around 15K or so

OK, I checked ... the Custom 5 is 14.4K
