No I didn't know that. Was I supposed to know who you are and what you do? By the way, the 21 guitars I mentioned, those were all put together by yours truly. I'm just an enthusiast, hobbyist, or whatever you call it so I don't try to pass myself off as an expert. I'd say my experience also qualifies my opinion too. You said a lot but what you didn't say were specifics about their pickups, so it's obvious you're just naysaying. What's your point anyway? I just wanted to thank the people who were kind enough to offer suggestions and praise the recommendation, then you go on about some pointless generalities and basically say "Bah! I disagree."
I can see that you've been a member far longer than I so maybe that makes you feel like you're entitled to be rude and bully people. I'm supposed to be the grasshopper? I've got a bachelors in electrical engineering, a masters in computer science, and a doctoral in social science. So what exactly were your qualifications again? Additionally I'm not too much of a hack at playing guitar either. Well if we're done measuring ourselves here then I'd like to get on with a real discussion.

You know I repair and mod guitars and p'ups, right? When I say something, it's because I've been somehow involved, mostly installing and setup guitars. Not to mention that one of my luthier parts supplier is the importer for Tesla in Italy. So I'd say in the matter of these p'ups I'm more informed than the average person.
That's not been my experience with'em, nor my customers' that tried'em in their guitars.
Second set? Try 45 sets in 18 months, THEN come back and tell me all about it, grasshopper...
But, TBH, why do you care that much about me not liking'em that you went berserk on me? What if they're not top-notch, design-wise? If you like'em you like'em and that's ok with me.
