Built a "micro cab"

I had a ****ty pair of old Aiwa 3-way speakers i was about to throw away and wondered how the 6.5" woofers would sound with the JSX. So i cut the front of the boxes off to remove the mids and tweeders, cut the tops of the boxes off, glued them together, and wired them in series.

Ghetto.... That's straight up Muther Flurkin GANSTA!!!

I bet it would be a great cab to run a little 5W Class A head out of???
They're actually not that efficient. I have to crank the 120w JSX significantly more to get the same volume out of them as the Governors or Patriots.

A giant paper midrange is likely to be much more efficient in the guitar band than a woofer from a bass-heavy compact stereo system. (You took the crossovers out, right?)
