Not too bad a project, but lots of "tiny" work and tiny parts where I actually had to get the magnifying glass.
Definitely need a helping hands utility; a lifesaver. There's no way you're gonna solder this sucker together without them.
Prepping the teeny-tiny wires for the 3DPDT is a chore.
Anyways, it's done. And sounds frigging great!
This is another killer boost for Marshalls (have to try my blackface Fender yet).
Has a natural hi-pass (no flub here) and the asymmetrical clipping gives it just the right bite - "warm crunch" is what comes to mind.
The tone is so good, you don't need a tone knob. No shit.
So here's some pics; I went with a simple Sunshine Yellow gloss with 3 flat black bumblebee stripes.
