CAA Od100, HotPlate, Harem Scarem AHB3

I had a request from someone to do some Canadian content :)
Here's the solo from Harem Scarem's "No Justice". Nice harmonic minor into a major thing.

I collaborated with my former bandmates for the backing track. I did all the rhythm and harmony guitar parts prior to shooting the video then tracked the solo while I shot the vid. The drum parts were emailed to me and I dropped over to my bass player's house on the way to do groceries. He did the bass part on my MacBook in 3 minutes.

I used a THD Hotplate with my CAA OD100se+ (gain at 4 guys..lol). I had the HP set to LOAD and I didn't use any cabs. I ran the signal for the HP into my Duet then to Logic Pro 9. I brought in several different Redwirez IRs using Space Designer (Logic).

It was really cool being able to use my OD cranked but absolutely silent..my wife was sleeping while I recorded in the basement.

That face with the big inverse chord is pure gold.

It's crazy that you recorded this all in pieces.

Great playing as usual - I usually don't log in, but I have listened to your stuff on many occasions.
