cabinet types?

i'm looking at some avatar cabs. and i was wondering which cab config., in general, is best suited for which style/tone. i'm just wondering about the general characteristics for each cab, regardless of speakers. i realize that they make a difference but in general

The best bet is to call Dave at Avatar, super nice guy, and he will give you all the info you're looking for, and help you select the cab/speakers that will suit your needs.

What are you looking for tonally? How much power does it need to be able to handle? What kind of music do you play?
