Cable Connector Help Please

I have a pair of JBL monitors that are more than adequate for my needs, and I had no problem locating cables with 1/4" TRS phone plugs on one end to go from the Scarlett 214 and the other end with XLR to connect to the monitors.

My son got the identical speakers, but has no need for an external soundcard. I am trying to locate the correct cables for him. The JBLs have both XLR and balanced phone plug inputs, but what sort of plugs are needed to connect to the computer's internal soundcard?

Depends on the soundcard. If he doesn't live close to you have him take a photo of the back of his computer.

Internal soundcard indicates a 1/8" TRS jack, so you'll want to look into a 1/8" TRS-to-RCA Y-cable (typically found in the iPhone accessories section of WalMart), and 2 RCA-to-1/4" cables.
