Cable Organizers + Gear Review: Pedal Python

Hello All,

New member, but Longtime reader of this forum.

Just a gear review here.

I purchased a cable bundling product recently called Pedal Python. It's designed to organize cables to and from a pedalboard. The product is like a sheathing that goes around several cables at once. So far the experience is all positive. It looks really slick. I appreciate having only to coil one cable during set up now. I will be making up another cable run for a longer set-up with the same product. Very impressed.

Full Disclosure: They offer a significant rebate for reviewing your experience on a forum/youtube etc. Which is what I'm doing now. So with rebates my cost for the 20' version will be $4.00. Can't beat that.

What other cable organizing products are out there that you like?

It's Velcro straps and large size expandable cable sleeving (like techflex).

Re: Cable Organizers + Gear Review: Pedal Python

I’ll buy one. I have a a 4CM situation going on with my pedal board, so this will help manage it.

I have one also. I’m still in the middle of my pedalboard build so I haven’t used it yet.
I should hopefully be done with the build today. I’ll post a NPBD once it’s done.

I do the four cable method too. I run a TC Triple Delay (aaaaamazing pedal) and a loop pedal through the fx loop. Having the loop pedal in the fx loop is a huge improvement from running through the front. Allows me to record cleaner/ edge of break up rythm and then solo using the distortion channel of the amp. Of course that means doubling the cables.

So, someone was selling one built with three Mogami Gold cables and a cheapie for channe switching on Reverb for the price of one Mogami new. So... I’ll have a review too soon!
