CAD TSM411 SuperCardioid Dynamic Microphone

There is a great mic on sale at MF, the TSM411. It sounds like a SM57 with a wider range and more pronounced midrange. They go for $89 but MF has them on sales for $29. I bought one and went back today to buy a second one. I haven't recorded with it yet but it sounds great live.

CAD makes great bang-for-the-buck products. Hypercardioids are typically used on rack toms due to their extreme directivity, but can also sound really nice on guitar cabs. (I love the Audix D2 for this purpose, though it costs a sight more than the TSM411).
