California 50’s Set help

i got a set of California 50’s and gonna put them in an old Fender MiM Strat and looking for wiring ideas. i am redoing all the guts so i have a new 5-way and three 250k pots on hand but i am interested in blending neck and bridge with one master volume and one master tone but no tone on the middle pup. i have read a blender pot needs to have no load... is this true and is it a special pot i need to acquire? i have also read there is a way to make a pot have no load but i could not find instruction on how that would be done.

anyways... i am open to suggestions from those that have experience on the SSL-1 pups and if anyone has diagrams... that would be great. i don't know how old the fender is exactly i bought it used back in 2005 i think it was and it needs a revamp. any help or suggestions would be helpful. cheers

The guy on this video says a regular pot will work. He also says that if you're going to make it a no load pot, that it's helpful to decide if you want it to blend in as you turn it down, or as you turn it up, so you can decide which part to scratch off. Here's the video on how to turn a regular pot into no load.
