i think i read somewhere that distorted sounds can kill tweeters in a cabinet. I'm asking because i'd love to try my Engl Sovereign through my newly acquired 4x10 bass cab(stacked the two on one another to have a nice looking home rig) and don't know if i should just turn the tweeter off or if i can use it without switching off.
