Ernie Balls. I have a ton of them, 10-52 Slinky sets - I love Ernie Balls. However I am now using my PRS CE with trem with my new band. The wound Ernie ball strings at the ball end do not make the bend over the saddles, they sit too high. I guess I have to switch to GHS or DR.
On another note, I tune half step down and sometimes drop C#. Was thinking of trying DR drop time sets, 11-54!!!!
Thoughts or ideas?
