No. To get coil splitting you need to either have a 4 conductor PU or modify the current one with an additional tap wire between the coils.
Or do you mean something else by "dual Humbucker" mode??? If you´re using a standard 5-way with 2 humbuckers, you´ll either have silence in pos 3 or have to wire the switch a bit differently to get sound in alll 5 positions... http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/schematics/2hum_vol_5way-w-split.html

You want both humbuckers to operate in full with a 5 way switch? If your buckers have 4 conductor leads you can follow the diagram Zerb posted, even though the order of the positions is awkward.
There are other ways this could be done (by using DPDT switches) but none of the others use a 5 way.

I want the same humbucker to operate in full in 2 seperate switch positions. Perhaps in conjunction with another pu at one of the locations.
lets just say there is 2 wires on the pu to make this easy. one ground and one hot. i attach a jumper from the hot and connect it to a second location on the swtich.

i was wondering the same thing sort of (could u wire a pickup to a switch, say pos1 and also wire it through a cap or resistor to another place, say pos 4.

The short answer to both of you is - "maybe". You can short some lugs to others to create a new switching arrangement, but others you can't, or you'll create paths where they aren't wanted. You need to be more specific as to what you want to accomplish in order to give a better answer.
