One should work. When you install a D-tuna it comes with its own string lock screws you use. You will have to use a trem stop of some type though. As your bridge does not sit flat on the body. I ran into the same issue with my Wolfgang standard. As long as you do that it should work fine. I never could get mine setup right so I just use the fine tuner to drop it down a step.
