Can someone send me $40 and I'll refund them $50 within a few minutes? i need this because I have ebay issues where I need to refund the buyer $40 of his total purchase. However, my money is being held and I recently got rid of my credit cards so I have nothing to refund him with.... I opened up a paypal smart connect but it still won't let me use the money for refunds, only for purchases. :/ Any help here guys? I did this with dominus a while back and everything went smoothly.
