Can someone help me identify this pickup?

Greetings,

I bought a guitar equipped with what was claimed to be SD Blackouts with every intention of changing them to a passive pickup anyway, so didn't pay too much attention. Now that i've taken them out of the guitar and want to sell them, i'm not 100% sure if these actually are Blackouts or not and don't want to mislabel them when selling. Can someone with greater knowledge that me please help out and confirm or deny this?

It does indeed look like a well worn Blackout.

The white label underneath should have the model number on it. Peel back the black tape (which is not original) and see...
