I have a non-dog ear SD Vintage Soapbar that I want to put in my Les Paul Junior. Could this work?
Can you put a regular P-90 under a dog ear cover?

Dog-Ear P-90s have a different bottom plate than soapbars. So it wouldn't quite work. Sorry.
There is a way, however, to mount a soapbar into a pickguard. Fender does it here:
They use a strip of brass that screws into the pole piece screws and extends beyond the edges of the pickup. Cool, eh?
