Can't get through customer service to get rma

Called SD's phone four times (during business hours) over the last couple days to get a rma number, no answer so I left messages but nobody has called me back. I'm gonna get screwed out of my 21 day return if I don't get any help soon, is there anything I can do?

Well, I don't know this for a fact so it's all assumption, but I will assume that given the fact that it was the new year holiday period, SD might not be open. I know a lot of stores in my area gave their staff off today, and considering that SD isn't retail, that would seem to be very probable.

I thought the 21 day return policy was something you addressed with your dealer you bought the pickup from... no?

Yeah, you're probably right. I tried before new years as well though. I wasn't expecting them to be open yesterday. It's likely you're correct. The voice on the telephone told me that I was second in line waiting for a representative. It took a while (ten minutes?) before I became first in line, and then I still waited. Skipped to voicemail, which is weird because there's an option for that in the menu, so why make people wait to leave a message instead of telling them there's no representatives available? Like you said, all assumption. I feel like I shouldn't have started a thread.

I'd still say you'd have to go thru the dealer. They would be able to verify that you had paid for them in the stipulated time-period.

You deal directly with Seymour Duncan and include your receipt with the return/swap, the dealer is not involved.

We were closed Friday and Monday. They're supposed to switch the phones to a closed mode, perhaps they didn't. You should have little trouble today.

I called last Wednesday and did my 21 day exchange no problem. I found that the support was exceptionally good.
