Customer Service Issue

I sent a message via the contact form on 1/29/16 and when I received a SD marketing email on 2/1/16 I called SD customer service to follow up on my return request. I purchased a Triple Shot black TS-1 on my 1/11/16 and installed it and it would not work. I uninstalled it to make sure my pup was not the issue and it it was not. I reinstalled it again using a slightly different wring schematic and it still would not work. I soon discovered that the ribbon cable was disconnected from the switch circuit board which was why it never worked. Since sending the contact form on 1/29/16 I called and talked to customer support on 2/1/16 and the guy told me that he had to ask someone else and would call or email me back. I did not get a response so I called again on 2/3/16 and the guy said he did email me which I did not receive to let me know the Triple Shot was defective and he would be sending me a new one. I gave him my name, address, and phone number. On 2/16/16 I called again and talked to the same guy and told him I have not received the new Triple Shot and I had not received any email or shipping confirmation. The guy apologized and told me he forwarded all of my info to the department that handles this and said he would investigate and call me back shortly. I never received a call from him so I called again 2/17/16 and he promised yet again to call me and did not. I called on 2/18/16 and spoke to the receptionist and explained my experience and transferred me to someone else who never picked up and was transfered back to the receptionist and left a voicemail. No one called me back so I sent another message via the contact form on 2/18/16 with no response. I called and left another voicemail for another person today 2/19/16 with no response. I am at my wits end and am of the opinion that I am getting the run around and no one at SD is taking ownership of my issue. What else can I do? At this point I am very frustrated and if any one at SD would have communicated with me in any fashion I would have been satisfied. Please help.
