Sabbath is awesome! I missed them live in Austin last year, but this year I did see the band "Orchid" this year which is cut from the same cloth; they rock!!!

Some great ideas in there. I am wondering is the first line would not be better using something different than a pentatonic, but that's personal choice.

I was looking forward to your comment, cheers I hear ya, the pentatonic minor blues in Phrygian mode could have been a little different, maybe next time Ill mix some major pentatonic in it so it is more bluesy. The other scales I used in my song are minor/blues (phrygian mode) and chromatic runs. I had some harmonic minor in my original guitar solo but I took it out, I feel like that scale is best reserved for epic melodic metal, but I am working on a more bluesy approach taht I hope to get better on soon

Awesome brutha! When you are ready, send me the vocal track(s). There is no lead in time, so feel free to just sing over the song. I will mix using Voxango Voxformer plugin (compression), ezmix plugins (effects), and Voxango Glisseq (equalizer). I do not have Melodyne or pitch correct software.

I think I am starting to develop my ear so that I efficiently get the right mix for guitar and bass and the bassguitar can easily be heard, I just need to keep at it
