Are you trying to find some soundclips;)
Well for some odd reason I have both, and the new Red repeat, and soon one more prototype.

Yeah Yeah Yeah...but do you have a spare Plexitone sitting around that you can send to your brother Jeff?

Re: Carl Martin Delayla & Delayla XL

Yes if it can do music level signals and switch between parrallel and seriel.
Otherwise forget about using a floorpedal in a loop.
And the XL is turned 180degrees signal wise so it might as well not work in all loops, because they are made as floor units.
But most of the time they just work nicely.

Anyways if it is for short slapback stuff, analouge thingies!
Have you considered an AD-99 from Ibanez?

Yup.

(The Delayla is analog, is it not?)

I'm currently on the lookout for an AD-99, a Boss DM-2 or DM-3, a Delayla, DOD 680, Maxon AD80......depends on what I can find I suppose, the Delayla is actually the easiest of the ones listed to find around here (though I did find an AD-99 in a store about 450km away, but I'm not driving all that way just to test a $95 pedal).

And just for reference, I can get a Delayla for the same price as an EHX Delux Memory Man....

Just make sure that it is one of the fixed ones, we had some major trouble with a bad batch of MN3007 BBD chips(analouge).
Anyways if it should die on you, the fix is ready by now and working like a charm.
It will cost you the shipping and nothing else.
