I don't really consider it a build, but based on the criteria:

70's hondo explorer body, nitro refinished 80's charvel neck, hand made and polished aluminum control and jack plates, tusq nut, schaller tuners, schaller roller bridge, re-appropriated "custom II" truss rod cover, and now it has a bareknuckle miracle man and 80's 59B MJ in the neck.

Not going to happen. I know i have some fans but overall people are looking for hot quilts and flames not skulls and bones.

I'd go for skulls over flametops any day of the week brother...... That's how I roll.

Here's mine. Carved top soloist, mahogany with trans red finish, maple/rosewood neck, unfinished. Gold Gotoh and Schaller hardware.
Bridge: Duncan Hot P90 Bridge
Middle: Duncan Vintage P90 Neck
Neck: Duncan Vintage P90 Bridge
5-Way Strat wiring with tone

King Ozzos Verandah is up there against JMH151's which looks a bit more vintage. The Verandahs could leave the chairs behind...

My favourite build from this year, EVH inspired, Purpleheart/Maple body, Maple neck with reverse hockey-stick head-stock, Maple fret-board with Purpleheart stripe, Chrome hardware including Floyd Rose with brass big block & DTuna, custom wound pickup with A2 mag & a functional neck pickup, and the Pièce De Résistance a US quarter - 1984 of course
Sounds absolutely massive, nails the latter VH tones and with the vol rolled back a little does a wicked early EVH sound

Here are a couple I made recently. The strat style one was my first attempt at a guitar build. It is a basswood body with maple neck,fingerboard and pick guard. Plays pretty good. Had a old Jackson performer and always wanted a V. So I took it apart and made a body. Actually plays really well.

Mexican Fender body, Warmoth gonco alves Gibson scale neck w/ stainless frets, EMG Sa Sa 60 set, Bladerunner trem, Hipshot open gear locking tuners w/staggered posts. This came out pretty good, plays great.
