Changing the magnet of the pup without removing the pup from the guitar?

Do you guys think i could remove the magnet of my pickup without removing the pickup it self from the guitar? I pull of guitar strings, unscrew pickup, flip guitar and than heat gun etc etc. You think i could do it? Has anyone done it themselves?

what kind of guitar? in general i think its probably easier to take it out for just about any type of guitar

That's the only way I've ever changed magnets, without unsoldering the pickup. Of course, we're talking uncovered humbuckers only here, but IME, it's completely possible to do without unsoldering the pickup.
