I don't like the look of it either, or the ipad with the lyrics *at eye level* clamped to the mic stand.

me either. id much rather see a music stand a paper if something is needed, obviously best to not have anything up there

For an acoustic troubadour taking requests for 200 song catalogue - sure.

For a singer in a band doing 3/4 10 song sets, oh hell no!

Roughly there equivalent of me having tab up there for solos.

I've seen them at eye level completely obscuring their face.

I have an iPad at chest level on my mic stand for the H9/H90. It stays in the gig bag during a gig.
