YUP!!! It sounds secksy!!! I bought the Lux Sunday afternoon and played a gig with it that night. Nothing like a beat up old Fender to get the job done with!!! Those P90s sound sick through the amp with my 808 clone set as a boost!!!

Already broken in!:laugh2:
Alot of 'em need a fret polish on the sides, but otherwise the Gibson fadeds are NOT bad guitars at all for the $.....cheap finish.... (which i actually like the feel of) ..but they usually sound great! That's a killer rig ya got there for your style.

Yeah the Gibby faded is a simple inexpensive "cheap" tone machine. I like the fact that it is a solid hunk of wood with two pups soldered in. I am not worried about scratching the finish at all. Plus it is a Gibson that doesnt have a baseball bat with frets for a neck and muddy pups!! :beerchug:

Heck yeah bro!! I love my amp!! I just PM'd Jeff Seal for his take on doing a 100,000 mile service to mine. Mine sounds great now, but I am sure after a complete service it could sound even better. Let me know how your overhaul goes.
