Yup....the 140's are quite a bit thinner than the 150's and LP's. Might sound a lot like a Jr with those P-90's though....kinda cool.

and ya will need to swap out that schaller bridge/TP...those things are horrid...they don't feel right at all, and they sound different (not in a good way)

There's a couple things that don't look good about this guy.

1) No Paypal
2) Not a lot of feedback
3) Last sold item was in May '04

That's why the price is as low as it is. No Paypal and no recent seller feedback are big warning signs (of course, that's not to say the guy isn't legit, but I'd only jump on it if I lived in the area).

The 140 is 1/2" less thick, 1/2" less wide, and 1/4" less long than the 150. I think the horn is cut a little sharper on the 140 as well.

It's definately not a bad price for what it is, but if I were in the market for a Heritage, I'd be on the lookout for a 150 model or better. They're not that much more expensive.

Yes, the 140' horn is sharper.

And I agree, I would go for a 150. I would like a 150 model with P90s.

That is about the top end of what I'd pay for that piece unless it was an absolute dream to play but how would you know. I agree the hardware is gone, as GMP Pawnshops gain acceptance that Heritage might start to get a little more notoriety but it is still a near miss to me.
