First of all, the Jimi Hendrix fullstack is an awesome collectible and keepsake, but take a look at his Gibson Explorers and V....not to mention that nice CS Strat!

I've been thinking of building a wall unit type of thing in the room my gear is in & that just gave me BIG ideas!

Picture the wall units on the right & left side....connected by a shelving unit in the middle with a tilt back bottom for the cabs & then a shelf on top of that for the heads.

MMM HMMMmmm :bigok:

The Futura popped out to me right off the bat...I'd rather have one of those than an Explorer or a V...I guess it's just more my speed!

As for the 1960TV Cab...Marshall used to have a much taller bottom cab, they are about 6 inches taller than a "standard" bottom cab. I never have known why they did it but they did...look at old shots of Jimi or Cream or just about anybody on board with Marshall in the early days and they had those tall bottom cabs...I have a buddy that used to have one and used it with a JTM-45 head...sounded killer.

Man, that's incredible. Futuras are so cool looking, it's just too bad they're so rare and as a result, insanely expensive (I'd rather not pay 8k-10k for one)

I will have a Futura one day...I simply have to, it's the other odd ball to match my Moderne perfectly!

Those guitars with that amp can pull off a big percentage of "styles"...from jazz to blues to even hard rock/classic metal with a "goose"

I don't get the pointy guitars always =metal thing. I play blues, and jazz on all my guitars regardless of shape, and pointies certainly haven't hurt Albert King, Lonnie Mack, Jimi Hendrix, Allen Collins, Rick Nielson.....the list goes on.

If you look at the bottom of the auction page, I especially enjoyed the question from an ebayer: "hello , can you work out a payment plan, for a poor guy.?" SLAP!!!!
