ROFLMAO... more than half of those heads have been reissued And therefore "are around".

Re: Check this out Marshall Lovers!!!

and btw, if you do an adjustment of those prices for current rates of inflation...i'm pretty sure you'll find the prices to be about the same.

I'm just too lazy to do it for you.

Re: Check this out Marshall Lovers!!!

The thin SS heads turn up all the time on ebay, people generally show no interest in them.

Re: Check this out Marshall Lovers!!!

the solid state head has been posted on the net here for like 50 times already.. noone wants to buy it

Thanks for sharing. I have a B&W magazine ad featuring a pair of JMP 2203 full stacks. Love those 70's MV heads.

I love seeing old catalogs! Here's something I posted a few months ago. It's a price chart that shows the ratio of 'then and now.'

Yeah I just love the nostalgia behind old stuff...especially when they are so sought after today. Makes me wonder why Marshall does not put the same great "ingredients" or even better into the reissues. Did they forget how??? Really scratch my head on that one at times.

Re: Check this out Marshall Lovers!!!

I really did not post this to drool on the price...anyone that know math can figure out that when inflation is factored in today's prices are not high compared to what is in the catalog.

The reason for the post is to just see the pictures of a catalog that is 30 years old of stuff we love. That's it!
