Walker Beach. He is one of the pastors at the church. I think he is charge of all the lighting, video and sound production. In addition to his skills as a producer he is a very gifted writer. The guy playing piano is one of the senior pastors and is the head of the worship department. I am sure one or both of them wrote the arrangement.

Very nice. His tone seems to be just on the brink of fuzzy, but certainly still clear enough to hear the individual notes. There's a little less attack than I think I would like, but it fits the style perfectly. I think it probably needs to be that way to keep the double tapping section from being harsh. And I think he nailed the piece. Is that all through a POD?

It looks like a POD which is not the norm. The usual board set up is tuner, volume pedal, Fulldrive-2, OCD, DL-4 into a Jackson Ampworks head with the speaker cab mic'd in a remote room. There may be another pedal or two, but those are the basics.
