I thought I used my audio techinica's before but couldn't have since they have a 1/4 plug. When I went to record the amplug I used the audio technicas as monitors and the amplug sounded a lot better.....not great by any means but not bad. It must have been cheap headphones.

had the ac30 with Sen. HD280's it loved pedals and sounded great and was the only way when i moved back with my parents for a month last year i could play.

It def. isnt going to approach the feel of a tube amp but i think they got the gain structure on these close and they are def. useful toys.

i thought the classic rock was awesome. i just wanted a clean sound for my pedals.

I bought one of those Vox Classic Rock Amplugs on a whim after hearing the rave reviews.

Not impressed. At all. :poed:
