Cleartone electric strings

What color are the ball ends on Cleartones?

Reason I ask is I saw a brand new 2014 Les Paul Classic guitar today, and the strings had the same color ball ends as D'addarios. All the new Gibsons are supposed to be coming with Cleartones.

FWIW, the guitar was brilliant. Action a little high (easily taken care of), but the plek job, nut, finish, everything was immaculate. Guitar really sang. Even liked the new rounded 60s profile neck..much nicer than the typical 60s les paul neck..not so flat on the back. Weight was comfy. Little over 8 pounds (swiss cheese, not modern chambering). Great vintage burst finish. Graphite nut. Beautiful subtle flame top.

Yeah. Maybe. I have never tried a set before so I have no idea. Maybe the dealer put on a set of Dads for some reason.

Did some research. Wound and packaged by Cleartone (Everly) in California. I thought Dad had the exclusive rights on multicolored ball ends :shrug:
