Clicking, buzzing

My Mesa Rocket 4x10 lately has been making a clicking/buzzing noise during the first 10 to 20 seconds I play it after a 30 second or so warmup with the standby off. Is this normal or a sign of a brewing problem. It has all new JJ's in it (preamp and power).

I often warm it up for 30 to 60 seconds. Is this enough and would this cause the noise?

This is occuring in the same basement I've been playing in for 4 years, just noticed the problem in the last few weeks.
