Coil Split IN a Humbucker Ring

That's an awful lot of work just for that.

That switch in that location would rip my fingers up, or my sleeve would get caught on it, one or the other.

Pretty cool. Nice work and good idea to take advantage of that space and not take up space elsewhere. Not ideal location tho picking wise.

I am all for people coming up with solutions like this, although the Triple Shot does it better (and does a lot more) and isn't so intrusive.

Looks ergonomically awful tbh. I've made triple shot clones in the past making the cutouts the same way but with the correct tiny slide switches. This was for fluence pickups where the switches just connected the voicing pads to ground.

If you're going to go to that much work, might as well put in a 3 position switch for series/split/parallel (unless there just isn't enough room).

But, yeah, like Dave said...just use a TS to do a lot more and no work at all trying to get things to fit.

But it DOES look like enough room to put 2 of those switches in the ring.
Oh, then it would be a Triple Shot. So, save yourself the work, buy a Triple Shot.
