Coil tapping question

Is it possible to tap the coils of all 3 pickups with a single push pull switch?
Pickups are JB, Classic Stack, and Coolrail in a strat style guitar.
Also, what value of pots would you use with a Master Vol, Master Tone setup? And also what value tone cap?

since they're humbuckers, i'd say 500k for both tone and volume, with an orange drop .022 cap for the tone control.
