Combining SSL5 with fender CS50s?

I'm using an American std strat with 3 fat50s pickups on it, and I guess the mid PU is RWRP because position 2 and 4 is hum canceling.
I want to replace the bridge pickup in my strat with a SSL5(I already bought one btw) for a gilmourish tone AND KEEP the 2nd and 4th position hum canceling, what should I do?
Maybe one of these?
a)install the SSL5 and reverse the black and white wires(solder the white wire to ground and the black wire to the switch),
b)sell the SSL5 I already bought and buy a SSL5 RWRP and solder it as fender do, black to ground white to switch,
c)sell the SSL5 I already bought and buy a SSL5 RWRP and solder it reversely,

Help me plz and thanks in advance!:bowdown:

Hold your SSL-5 next to all three Fat 50's. I'd expect the Neck and Bridge to attract and the Middle to repel. If so, swap the neck and middle pickups (physical position and wiring position on the 5-way) Then install the SSL-5, swapping the leads.

This should get you hum cancelling in 2 & 4, and everything in phase.

So you mean swapping the pickups is a better way than installing a SSL5 RWRP directly?

Will the neck tone and mid tone be swapped while the neck and mid pickups were swapped? Or neck position would become the mid tone after swapped?

I have an AM Std Strat coming this week with Fat 50's and will likely switch out the bridge also.
Is the above solution the simplest method??

I was thinking I would just swap lead and ground on the SSL-5. :dunno:

yes.
The reason for the seemingly complicated method is that fender and duncan pickups are rwrp to each other.
What this means is that the RWRP middle is actually the same wind and polarity of a stock duncan ssl-5.
Swapping the neck and bridge is one method of keeping your noiseless notch positions.
The other way is to install a rwrp ssl-5 in the bridge and keep everything else untouched.

simply using a stock ssl5 and swapping the wires means your pickups will be out of phase.

But will the tone of each position be swapped too while the neck and mid pickups were swapped?
I think I have to install a ssl5,knowing my local dealer will not have a ssl5 rwrp in stock until October, though I really want neck and bridge pickups keep untouched...

if you swap the pickups, just swap the wires too.
While you are in there, i quite enjoy having a tone control for the bridge. Its easy to jumper the mid pickup tone control so it looks after the middle and bridge leaving the neck to having its own tone pot, or if you are so inclined you can choose to have the neck and middle jumpered and have the bridge with its own tone pot. Actually, the am std fenders i have owned have had the neck/mod tone thing installed already. I dont know if every am std had that or not tho. There have been many many changes since the mid 80s when they were first released. Anyways....a little research will get you all the wiring diagrams you might need.

now back to the whole new pickup RWRP installation thing....
My personal preference is no hum cancelling. I find the tone in positions 2 and 4 to be a little fuller when there is no rwrp. Of course this stuff is only personal preference, but if you can't be bothered swapping the neck and middle, then there is no need to lose any sleep over whether you have hum cancelling. It will sound great either way.:bigok:

The main thing of you want to reduce noise is to think about shielding the whole guitar. That is quite a noticeable improvement.

I'll swap the pickups and do the shielding.
Since I can leave all this in that cavity for 10years(meybe more?) once I get everything done perfectly,why should I be bothered?
