On my Charvel model 4, all the miniswitches were connected to each other's chassis, but not grounded to the bridge. I added another to wire the bridge FullShred as series/split/parrallel and the top left lug is connected to the chassis but not grounded back to the bridge. I get a little buzz when I touch the switch in this position.
On the model 1a I installed a SPDT 2 way on/on and the chassis is not grounded, and it poses no problem.
So... how does this work? Should I ground the switches chassis' back to the bridge just like everything else? How about on the model 1a?
