Company for a Bridge JB

Hi everyone, new to the forum and hoping that some of you can offer me some of your personal knowledge and possibly experiences. I am currently building a Start style guitar and am putting a JB in at the bridge. I am wondering what true single coils would be best to use in the middle and neck positions. I am considering SSL4's or SSL6's'. The sound? Something like Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day all the way through to the Sex Pistols.

I think a lot of people like the SSL4s for your situation. But I'm not much of a single coil man, so I'm probably not the best to help you.
