Ok, I have decided that i am going to get an "Invader" for the bridge and a "59" for the neck, i was reading and the "Invader" is a four conductor cable, what is this exactly and do i have to buy the "59" in a four conductor cable to for them to work together?

thanks for any help

Having 4-wires means you have access to both wires of both coils, on one pickup. This lends itself to some interesting wiring combinations. But, you don't have to use them.

Both my 59 and C5 are 4-conductor, and I have both of them wired in a conventional 2-wire scheme.

(Red and white shorted together.)

Also, you can experiment with one pickup, and have the other 2-wire. Its just a matter of versatility.
