I make my boards slightly different than most I guess? It's just a touch rounder and flatter than usual but the feel is substantially better. I guess I got lucky with my initial jig.

I can't work out the maths.

I would be interested to know what the best radius at the bridge would be for my guitar. It's a Warmoth 10-16" compound radius with a 1 5/8" nut width. I'd like the string high to be perfectly uniform.

I like the 12" - 14" compound on the Jim Root Fender signature guitars. I have two custom necks with that radius and they're great. I find 16" or flatter is too flatfor my tastes. The 9.5" - 14" from Fender's high end Strat models is cool too, but prefer the 12" as a starting point.
