connecting my effects processor help!

k i just got my g major today.. and it says to connect the input of my g major to the output of the amp and the output of the g major to the input of the amp..

im thinking it means the effects send and return on my amplifier.. but which is which? is the send my amps input or output? is the return my amps input or output? or am i even on the right track of how to hook this thing up...

The quickest/most normal way to connect it is to connect your amp's effects send to the g-major's input, and the g-major's output to the amp's effects return.

Send=output
Return= input

GMajor output-->Amp Return
GMajor input-->Amp Send

This should set you up for using it in the amp effects loop.
