those plugs on the D!ck Dale Strat are called several things depending on where in the world you are and what you're doping with them...most of them get used by electritions and are called "push pennys" go to Home Depot and look in the electrical section...you'll find some, they come in several sizes ranging from 1/8 inch and smaller up to 12 inches and bigger...
Also, FWIW the plugs on D!ck's Strat are because he removed both tone controls and actually had the volume in a different place for a while, then he mopved it back to the stock position...the toggle switch is a whole 'nother story...
