Let's post every player we can think of who played a Duncan Convertible. I'll start:
Vinnie Zumo - Joe Jackson's Big World Tour, 1986. I saw the tour at the Spectrum in Philadelphia, Vinnie was playing a Convertible and a Mesa combo- Mark II maybe? Great band, great concert, but Zumo played a transtrem-equipped Steinberger. Very 80's, very yuck.
Rick Derringer - Tour with Rosie Vela, 1987(?). I saw Vela open for Andy Summers on his XYZ solo tour at the Chestnut Cabaret in Philadelphia. There was some little guy with a round head playing guitar for her, through a Convertible. My bass-player friend laughed and said "That guy looks like Rick Derringer". Turned out, it was.
I have one more, but let's see what others come up with first...
Oh, and Jeff Beck doesn't count if it's based solely on that magazine ad with Seymour. If you ever saw Beck play a Convertible in concert, I want to hear about it.
