Cool Amp for cheap alert!

Somebody buy this amp before I do! (laugh!) Sounds from the description like it has a bad tube in the reverb circuit although it could be just one of the reverb tank inputs or plugs...either way, it's a great amp for the price.

Buy it, and consider having it sent directly to my brother Bruce at Mission Amps...he'll make it the best amp you've ever owned.

I now own two and both are killer.

(This one includes a Weber 10! I have not tried this particular Weber speaker model but from my experience Ted Weber's 10's are the best 10's I've ever used.)

He says there's a loud hum in the reverb. What do you suppose that could be?
I'm assuming this guy already checked if a reverb driver tube was bad.

The hum could be as simple as a poor contact in the circuit?

That's not a bad deal if you can keep it under 600. Some non-boosts are going for much more, but I recently saw a 70's PR go for 800 w/ new cap job, tubes, gen. overhaul and a new 12" baffle/cab w/a new speaker. I was late in bidding on that one!

So, for this, you'd be at about or slightly above that price.

They are hot little buggers-and look so killer next to the fireplace!

Im not a fan of low powered Fender amps. The Champ is a cool parctice amp tho.

dude i was just looking at that amp 10 minutes ago on ebay..and if all goes right i might get something similar for couple hundered dollars cheaper
