Cool Edit Pro - how to move sections?

Howdy, I'm using Cool Edit Pro to do some recordings, and I know there must be some way to select a piece of a track and move it forwards and backwards, but I just can't find how to do that. Can someone please tell me how to do it?

Don't you just left or right click on the thing and it moves?? I think it's right click, but not sure...

I remember that it took me awhile to figure that out too lol. Sometimes things are just so obvoius I dont even think of them :duh:
