Cool Lookin Rig! Attn: G.A.S.'ers

Gear Ho
Just spotted a guy selling a rare 8-12 Matchless cabinet.
I wouldn't want to move this around to gigs, but what a setup!
Diezel VH-4, Roccaforte Custom 80? and Matchless 8-12 cab. :32:

Re: Cool Lookin Rig! Attn: G.A.S.'ers

Imagine how wide your tone would be, running those heads in stereo on a extra deep straight Matchless cab, with the Roccaforte side having an open back panel, and the Diezel side over the sealed cab side? Sick and Gross!

I'm guessing he played his first gig with that cab, came home, and decided to buy Diezel and Roccaforte 4-12's or 2-12's.

I'm guessing he woke up in the hospital with one hell of a hernia. :laugh2:

Err...what's the point of that? LOL. A little too insane for me, and a little too wide.

Re: Cool Lookin Rig! Attn: G.A.S.'ers

The yearly expense to have two guys carry it all for you would be quite a bit too.

Re: Cool Lookin Rig! Attn: G.A.S.'ers

god... I have enough trouble with my 1X15... that's just too much.... we should all chip in and chop it in 1/4's and split it between us.

Re: Cool Lookin Rig! Attn: G.A.S.'ers

He can keep that Matchless beast! I'll take the two heads, tho.

The only 8-12 cab I want is one of the 6 that were made by Marshall for Pete Townsend, in the 60's. The rarest Marshall cabs in existence.
