Cool rails or Hot rails?

Hi.
I'm posting here to know if i can clarify a doubt that i have for some time; a friend of mine got a fender strat with a seymour duncan rails pinkup on the bridge. The thing is, he does not know if its a Cool rails, or Hot rails, since they are physically similar. He recorded a clip file just in case i could clarify it.

If you have a multimeter, you could measure the DC resistance. If not, take it to a guitar shop and they could do it for you.
