Cool Rails + Single Coil + Cool Rails :: What wiring diagram ?

I am trying to find the right wiring diagram for mounting Cool Rails (neck) + Single Coil (STK-S7, mid) + Cool Rails (bridge) on my Strat.
Any suggestion ?

Sorry to bother --I have one question: When it is mentioned that "red & white wires get taped off" does it mean taped off separately or soldered together first and taped off ?
This is my first time changing pick ups so I prefer to rely on others' expertise rather than messing everything up.
