It's a 1.5 henrie inductor/transformer. You can get them at Mouser or Radio Shack. I salvaged one from an old PCI modem when I built mine.

it looks like you could build one yourself and save 5 bucks... i think if i want one ill just buy the real thing to save some trouble, but that and a fender tbx and you have an almost complete passive eq in two knobs on your guitar
